THE POSITION
The organisation is now seeking a forward-thinking, analytical and results-driven Support & Compliance Manager to join the RTO team in Coffs Harbour. This opportunity would suit someone with well-developed leadership skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to manage varied responsibilities.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As the RTO Support & Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to Training Services to ensure compliance and quality measures are maintained against contractual and business requirements. You will also be responsible for effectively managing the RTO Support and Resource Development teams to facilitate their development and ensure objectives are achieved.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To be successful in the role you need previous experience leading a team coupled with a strong background in compliance. You will be able to quickly understand a range of contractual agreements and requirements, developing appropriate audit schedules to monitor adherence. With the fast-paced nature of the role, highly developed time-management and digital literacy skills, and the ability to manage multiple systems and projects efficiently are crucial. Ideally, you would have previous experience in an RTO environment, although this is not essential.
